Linco Lead Finance is an investment project of private nature. Your participation in
this project is treated as a private business transaction between you Linco Lead Finance and, therefore, is exempt from the U.S. Securities Act, and all similar acts of other
jurisdictions. Linco Lead Finance is NOT a licensed bank or security. Linco Lead Finance is not registered with any regulatory bodies, such as SEC, NASD or other similar
organizations from other jurisdictions. All the information you receive from us is
unsolicited, private communication of privileged, proprietary, and confidential
information intended for you only. You agree to keep it private and not to disclose to
any third party unless this information is obviously of a public nature. Moreover,
the information, communications and materials contained herein are not to be regarded
as an offer, nor a solicitation for investments in any jurisdiction which deems
non-public offers or solicitations unlawful, nor to any person to whom it will be
unlawful to make such offer or solicitation.
Legal Age
All investors must be legal age in their country
to open an account, and in all the cases their minimal age must be 18 years.
Deposits
Deposits are accepted via Liberty Reserve and Perfect Money. We may add other payment methods at any time at our sole discretion. Minimum deposit requirement is $5 and $60,000 is the maximum.
Interest
We pay every 24 hours and for some plans after 7 days. Your Interest varies base on the amount and the investment plan you selected during deposit.
Referral
We pay 5% referral commission for every deposit made by the investor who have registered through your referral link. Referral commission is paid directly into your Linco Lead Finance account balance.
Withdrawals
All withdrawals are paid directly to your e-currency account within 0 - 3 hours (in an unforeseen situations it could take up to 24 hours) after a withdrawal request has been submitted through your Linco Lead Finance account. Linco Lead Finance notifies you by email when your withdrawal request is processed.
Account security
Using of proxy servers or accessing your account with mulitple ip's is not allow such account are locked. We do not joke with security, each investor has the reponsibility of accessing their account from their personal system. No multiple account as each individual investor are only allowed to run single account from their usual location. Referral program is encourage for promotion of our program, using of referral link to refer self is a serious offence that can lead to account closure without pay.
Anti-Spam Policy
All investors must abide by our strict anti-spam rules that prohibit spamming in any of its forms. It is also stipulated that investors can only make posts about Linco Lead Finance on the websites where such posting is allowed. SPAM violators will be immediately and permanently removed from the program.

Entire Agreement
The terms and conditions contained herein constitute the entire agreement between you and Linco Lead Finance. If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid under applicable law or regulation, such provision shall be deemed omitted to the extent so contrary, prohibited or invalid, but the remainder of the agreement shall not be invalidated.
